Mrs. Rutland

I received my bachelors degree in Child Development from Cal State Fullerton. I went to Cal State Long Beach for my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and to The University of La Verne for my masters degree in Classroom Guidance. I have been teaching at Victor School for many years and I absolutely love it! I feel tremendously blessed to work with such a fantastic staff and such wonderful families.
